Jonic Member Rewards is our way of saying thank you for sticking with us. As a member, you'll earn points every time you shop with us, as well as things like leaving a review, creating an account, or following us on social media.

Your points can be turned into money-off vouchers to use on future purchases. The more you shop, the bigger the discount you unlock.

Everyone is welcome to join Jonic Member Rewards. All you need is an account with us. If you've already shopped with us, you will most likely have an account. If not, just set up an account to start earning exclusive perks.

You'll collect 1 point for every £1 you spend, which will appear in your account once your order has been processed. You can also earn points by:

  • Leaving a review on Reviews.io
  • Following us on social media

To access your points, simply log in to your Jonic account and head to the Loyalty section. From there, you'll be able to convert your points into a personalised discount code to use at checkout.

Each code is unique and can be found in your 'Available Rewards' area. Just click redeem and apply it at checkout.

First, double-check that:

  • You have only entered one code
  • You've entered the correct reward code (we recommend copying and pasting it directly from your account)

Most points will show up straight away, especially for things like creating an account, or buying with us. If they don't appear right away, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.

It may take up to 10 days to receive your points after you have left us a review on Reviews.io.

If it's been more than 48 hours past the expected time and your points still haven't appeared, please get in touch.
