Your guarantee starts from the date of purchase. There is no need to register your guarantee.
Please note, our guarantee does not cover any item purchased before 23/03/2024.

The guarantee covers any faulty elements to our mattresses and bedding. This can include:

• a visible indentation greater than one inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag resulting from the use of an unsuitable foundation.
• any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

The guarantee does not cover any general wear and tear, damage, or mistreatment due to washing.

Your products are covered for up to 5-years after the date of purchase.

In the unlikely event that your bedding or mattress is unsatisfactory, please get in touch with our friendly customer care team. 

As a part of our investigation, we may ask for some photographs to be sent via email so we can gain a better understanding.

We will then arrange for an exchange or a refund where appropriate.

If you are not happy with your bedding, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Since our products are custom-made, we are unable to offer a full refund for reasons other than damage or incorrect sizing. If you have an issue with your bedding, we may ask for photographs to help us understand the problem.  

You have 30 days from delivery to check the sizing of your bedding. After this time, you will be unable to receive a refund or exchange. 

All our products come with a 5 year product guarantee; however, this does not cover general wear and tear, damage, mistreatment or damage due to washing.

 If your mattress topper isn’t meeting your expectations, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, a full refund is not available for mattress toppers for reasons beyond damage or incorrect sizing. If you have a complaint about your mattress topper, we may ask for photographs to help us understand the problem.

Returns are only accepted if the mattress is faulty, excluding general wear and tear, damage, mistreatment, or sizing issues.  

If you wish to return your mattress, there will be a £50 collection fee.

While you can use standard size bed sheets that you use for your bed for home, you will find that they don’t fit securely around your caravan bed. Because of this, we recommend custom-made bedding for your caravan or motorhome that stays put to avoid tangled sheets and to save you time and hassle when making beds

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to what size a caravan bed is as they come in a range of shapes such as island, rectangular and cutoff French beds. 

That is why we handmake all of our products to order, to ensure they will fit your caravan bed, no matter the shape or size. 

Unlike standard beds, caravan mattresses come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, such as island beds, cutoff beds or rectangular beds.  This is why we recommend custom-made bedding to ensure they fit properly.

When selecting the material of your caravan bedding, both percale polycotton and 100% cotton are great options. However, they cater to different preferences.   

Percale Polycotton: 

Easy care: Percale polycotton washes well and resists wrinkles, making it ideal for caravan adventures where laundry facilities might be limited. 

Crease-resistant: Polycotton sheets are naturally less prone to wrinkles, which helps make your bed look neat and tidy.  

100% Cotton: 

Superior breathability: Natural cotton is known for its breathability, allowing air to circulate freely and keeping you cool throughout the night – perfect for warmer climates or those who experience night flushes. 

Luxuriously soft: Cotton offers a naturally soft and comfortable feel against the skin. 

Both options provide a comfortable 200 thread count for a soft and durable finish.

2. Select your model: Before adding your chosen items to your basket, take a moment to enter your caravan's make, range, model, and year. We have a comprehensive database built since 2006 that stores the dimensions for most caravan and motorhome beds. In most cases, entering this information will allow us to match you with the perfect size sheets for your specific vehicle. 
3. Handcrafted & delivered: As soon as your bedding is expertly handcrafted, we'll despatch it for delivery.

4. Handcrafted & delivered: As soon as your mattress topper is expertly handcrafted, we'll despatch it for delivery. 

A memory foam mattress topper might initially provide enough comfort to be used in place of a mattress. However, it is not a long-term solution as you are at a higher risk of worsening joint and back pain due to the lack of support.

Pocket sprung mattresses feature unique coils encased in separate fabric pockets. Because of this independent movement, each coil can contour to your body's curves, offering targeted pressure relief and personalised support throughout the night.  

We offer two firmness options: 

1000 Pocket sprung: This provides a medium support level, similar to a high-street "medium" mattress. Ideal for those who enjoy a balance of comfort and support. 

2000 Pocket sprung: This offers a medium-firm support level, similar to a high-street "medium-firm" mattress. Perfect for those who prefer a firmer feel with excellent back support. 

We offer three types of comfort filling to help you achieve a restful night’s sleep: 

Synthetic fillings: A cost-effective option that provides a comfortable and supportive sleep experience. 

Memory foam: Known for its pressure-relieving properties, memory foam conforms to your body shape for personalised comfort. 

Natural fillings: For those who prefer a more breathable option to help with body temperature regulation throughout the night.

We have been handcrafting mattresses since 2006, and over the years we have developed a large database of caravan and motorhome makes and models. All of our mattresses are made to order, to ensure they will perfectly fit your specific bed. 

Sometimes you might wish you can take your mattress from home with you, but unfortunately, because of the awkward shapes of caravan and motorhome beds, a domestic size mattress won’t fit your vehicle’s bed frame. 

To give you the same level of comfort as your home mattress, we handcraft 1000 and 2000 pocket sprung mattresses, with a variety of fillings, that are custom-made to perfectly fit your caravan or motorhome bed.  

The foam mattresses you typically find in caravans and motorhomes become worn and thin quickly and so you might experience discomfort over time.  

If you are looking for a quick and affordable solution, a caravan mattress topper will be able to breathe new life into your mattress. However, if you are wanting extra support and comfort, a custom-made caravan mattress is the best option.

We understand that not all caravan or motorhome beds are the same. That's why we offer custom-made mattresses to fit any size, even if your specific dimensions aren't in our database.

Templating your bed: 

There are two easy ways to provide the necessary measurements for your custom mattress: 

Send us a template: Simply measure your current mattress to create a paper template of your bed's shape with the dimensions clearly marked. You can then send us a picture or scan of the template for us to reference by emailing info@jonic-uk.co.uk. 

Use our templating kit: Not confident in creating your own template? We offer templating kits that include everything you need to easily and accurately measure your caravan bed. Simply request a kit during checkout or to a member of our customer service team. 

Once you've provided us with the dimensions of your bed, we'll use that information to handcraft your mattress.
