Cancellation Policies
Bed Linen – If you have placed an order and you change your mind and wish to cancel for a full refund this must be done within three days of ordering and before the goods are dispatched. If the order has been partially manufactured, we are unable to offer you a full refund but can offer a partial refund. If the goods have been manufactured and are awaiting to be dispatched, we are unable to offer a full refund but can offer a partial refund.

Mattresses – If you have ordered a mattress and you change your mind and wish to cancel for a full refund this must be done within three days of ordering and before sizes are confirmed. Once sizes/dimensions are confirmed for mattresses they automatically go into the manufacture process. If the order has been partially manufactured, we are unable to offer you a full refund but may be able to offer a partial refund. If the goods have been completely manufactured and are awaiting to be dispatched, we are unable to offer a full refund but may in exceptional circumstances be able to offer you a partial refund.

Delivery Time and Shipping
Bedding – Please allow the appropriate number of working days for delivery, depending on the service you choose. We do always aim to get orders to you before the specified lead time however during busy periods we are unable to guarantee they will be with you sooner. Depending on the size of the parcel your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail or via a courier service. If your order has been placed online, you will receive email confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

Mattresses – Please allow the appropriate number of working days for delivery, depending on the service you choose. We do always aim to get orders to you before the specified lead time however during busy periods we are unable to guarantee they will be with you sooner.

As soon as your mattress is ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery. We will not dispatch your order until we have spoken with you to arrange delivery. Our mattresses are delivered via a courier service between 8am – 6pm Monday-Friday. If there is nobody in and the courier is unable to deliver there is an extra delivery charge, each time delivery fails there is a £15 charge. There does need to be someone in to sign for the goods when they are delivered, the packaging needs to be checked before signing for the mattress. Please check the packaging thoroughly before signing for the goods to ensure there is no damage to the actual mattress. If the mattress is signed for and is damaged we are unable to accept any responsibility for the goods. If the mattress is damaged, please do not sign for it, refuse the delivery and inform us right away on 01524 844106.

Sizes / Dimensions
Bed Linen – All of our bedding is custom made to ensure you receive the correct sizes items. If you have specific sizes you require, please do ensure you make us aware at the time of order, either over the phone, via email or via the notes section during the online checkout.

Mattresses – All mattress sizes will be sent over to you for confirmation once an order is placed. We ask if you can check the sizes against your existing mattress and confirm they are correct via email. If you are unable to check the sizes, please make us aware at the time of order or as soon as possible after an order has been placed. Once the sizes have been confirmed the mattress will be completed and any alterations to the sizes thereafter may result in an alterations charge. Please allow up to two working days for the sizes to be emailed over to you, we normally send the sizes to you same/next day however during busier periods it can sometimes take a little longer.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Bed Linen – Upon receipt of your delivery if you notice any significant damage to the parcel please refuse delivery and contact us on 01524 844106.

After delivery has taken place if you notice any damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 10 working days of delivery, either via email or over the phone on 01524 844106.

In the event of damaged or faulty goods we may ask you to send photographs of the issue to help us in resolving the matter.

All our products come with a 12 month guarantee however we are not responsible for general wear and tear, damage, mistreatment or damage due to washing.

Mattresses – Upon receipt of your delivery if you notice any damage to the actual mattress, please refuse delivery and contact us on 01524 844106. Please DO NOT sign for the mattress. The outer packaging may be torn, however it is there to take the brunt of the delivery. 

Returns and Exchanges
Bed Linen – Please double check that you have ordered the correct size and colours before we commence manufacture (within three days).

If you are unhappy with the colour and wish to exchange, this is possible on certain items, please contact us on 01524 844106 or via email ([email protected]) to find out if your item applies. If your item has been fully custom made you cannot exchange the bedding.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the fabric and wish to return for a refund this is possible on certain items, please contact us on 01524 844106 or via email ([email protected]) to find out if your item applies. If your item has been custom made, we will not be able to offer you a refund. We do also offer a FREE sample service to avoid this.

Mattresses – All mattresses are nonreturnable as they are all custom products. We are unable to accept mattresses back for exchange or a refund.

Customer Privacy & Payment
We accept the currency GBP. We accept the following payment cards via WorldPay.

For internet orders payment can either be taken over the phone on 01524 844106 or via WorldPay. Telephone orders can be paid over the phone on 01524 844106. Telephone payments are processed while you are on the phone meaning we do not keep any of your card details on file.

Customer details are kept in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act. We NEVER supply third parties with any customer details.
