Choosing the right mattress for your caravan or motorhome is a big decision, and we understand you might have some hesitations, especially if you haven’t had the chance to try it out in person. That's why we offer a worry-free 30-day happiness guarantee with every mattress purchase.

We know that adjusting to a new mattress can take some time. We encourage you to give your Jonic mattress a few nights to allow your body to get used to it. However, if within the 30 days, you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us. We want you to enjoy every part of your adventure, especially the comfort of your caravan or motorhome. That’s why we make the return process hassle-free.

We encourage you to use your mattress to get used to it before returning it, so we are not expecting it to be in its original packaging. However, if the mattress is damaged or soiled, the guarantee will become void. To ensure you can still receive a refund or exchange in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your mattress, we ask that you use a mattress protector during this time for hygiene purposes.

You can claim this guarantee by getting in touch with a member of our friendly customer service team, who will arrange a convenient collection date for your mattress. There will be a £35 collection fee and once we receive and inspect your returned mattress, we'll promptly issue a refund.
